Please include the following information in your email:

* First and Last Name
* Library Card Number (located below the barcode on the back of your card or your Texas Driver's License number)
* Daytime Phone Number
* Author and Title of the book

Please note:  Not picking up materials  requested could result in loss of ILL privileges.  You must be a cardholder in good standing for at least 3 months.. 

Books with a copyright less than 6 months old cannot be borrowed.  Please do not request reference works, bestsellers or books we already own but are checked out.
