February 2009 We celebrated Valentine's Day with 100
Things I Love. We listed several things in different
categories to come up with 100 things. It's not as hard as it
sounds! Join us in March! January 2009 Unfortunately, we are unable to have a
meeting in January. We are as bummed as you are, trust me!!
Never fear, we are still trying to keep things interesting on the
JnJ Board. If you're not signed up, do it soon!

you then!! December 2008 Our Holiday Party was tons of fun!
We had a White Elephant gift exchange and wrote an unconventional
letter to Santa in our journals. Miss Jennifer sent a journal for
each member as a Christmas gift and after chowing down on Chinese
food, everyone left with boxes of treats. Happy Holidays and see
you next year! October 2008 JnJ members dressed up in their spookiest
costumes and we told REAL ghost stories and ate a lot of treats.
Pictures to come.... June 30, 2008 December 19, 2007 We had a White Elephant Christmas
Party and there were some interesting gifts!!! We had time to
play charades, discuss some thoughtful journal prompts and eat a
lot!
Join JunkFood & Journaling for the New Year! It's not too
late! November 7, 2007 JunkFood & Journaling members opened up
their hearts and made beautiful Christmas cards and wrote letters to
the wounded soldiers in hospitals this Holiday Season.
October 3, 2007 What a beautiful evening! We
grabbed our journals and went to the park to allow nature to inspire
us! Some of us found unusual leaves on the ground so we taped
them into our journal. Some found interesting and strange bits of
litter that inspired them to write. It's never too late to join
us! Call to come to the next meeting! August, 2007 We had a GREAT summer! We made wish boxes,
doodle diaries, learned about visual journaling and kept a dream
journal.

March, 2007 Our March meeting was the first of our "Member-Led"
meetings. It was....interesting and we got to enjoy some
creative journaling activities. April will be another "Member-Led"
meeting. Come by to see what our members have in store for us! February, 2007 We had a special JunkFood & Journaling
meeting because Miss Jennifer surprised us with a visit! She
filled us in on what's been going on in her life since she left the
Library and how writing has helped her figure out her career path
after college. Jennifer shared some of her favorite journal
prompts with the group. January, 2007 We concentrated on journal prompts.
We took time to write about the sad moments in our lives because
writing about them and getting them down on paper helps us to deal
with them better and move on. We also read some fun journal
